Foot Update
My doctor told me that I should stop using the cam walker in two weeks, and then I should try to wear a normal shoe. If I'm unsteady or in pain, he'll send me to physical therapy. I wasn't so great with food these past couple of days, but I'm back on track tomorrow. I think I'm going to try doing some ab and arm work tomorrow, since I'm able to stand now.

My Story
My story is like that of many others. I was unhappy with both my health and physical appearance. I want to be able to keep up with my friends and be happy with the way I look. I’ve always lacked confidence in myself because of my body. I know that I’m a good person on the inside, but I just wasn’t happy with the outside.
Just before my 21st birthday, I realized was that now was the time to make a change. A few of my friends had done P90X and had great results, and I had seen the commercials hundreds of times on TV, but I always thought that it looked too hard and that there was no way I could ever do exercises like that. I decided to order P90X because I knew it worked from seeing various friends’ results. The first week was brutal, but I stuck to it, and I’m so thankful that I did. I lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks.
I then decided to try Shakeology, also based on the recommendation of a friend. It was fantastic! Not only does it taste great, but you can make a variety of shakes with it consisting of different fruits, as well. I felt so much healthier after my first two weeks of drinking Shakeology. I also lost 3 lbs, which I thought to be amazing considering the fact that I broke my foot and was unable to do any physical activities, let alone walk. I felt healthier and more energized. I also had suffered with horrible acid reflux for years and I have not had to take any medication for it since starting to drink Shakeology. BeachBody has been a lifesaver for me, and I cannot wait until my foot is healed, so I can get back to working out and continuing my weight loss journey.
